How to order custom
How to Order a Custom Wax Seal Stamp
- 01
Send your artwork
Email black and white artwork (JPG, PDF or PNG) to sales@guildofjewellerydesigners.co.uk. If you only have a sketch, we can prepare the engraving file for an extra charge.
- 02
We check it
We assess your design for suitability. Thin lines do not hold wax well, so we will advise on changes where needed.
- 03
Approve and order
Once your design is approved, place your order. Please submit artwork for approval before ordering a bespoke stamp.
- 04
Receive your stamp
Standard delivery is 7–10 days for orders up to 500 items. For larger orders, please enquire for the lead time.
