Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. If you're outside the UK, please get in touch and we'll let you know if we can help.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay. All delivery prices include VAT.

Personalised items

The 7–10 days includes making your item. We start once your personalisation details and any artwork have been confirmed, so replying promptly to any questions from us helps avoid delays.

Large orders (over 500)

Lead times for larger quantities depend on the quantity and design. Please email sales@guildofjewellerydesigners.co.uk or call +44 (0)121 630 3362 before ordering, or tell us about your project on our Bespoke & wholesale page.

If something goes wrong

Please double-check your delivery address when ordering. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll sort it out. See our Returns & refunds page for more.
