How to order

Ordering your wax seals or stamps takes just a few steps. Here's how it works.

1. Choose your design

Browse the shop by category or search for a theme. Choose from ready-made designs or a custom stamp made from your own artwork.

2. Pick your options

On each product page, choose your size, wax colour or style from the options shown. Some options add a small cost per item — the price updates on the page and always includes VAT.

3. Add your personalisation and artwork

Where a product offers it, enter your initials or text, or upload your artwork (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10MB). Please check spelling and artwork carefully — personalised items are made just for you and can't be returned unless faulty.

**PLEASE NOTE** Customised wax seals require the purchase of a wax seal stamp tool for the first order - please remember to order that as well as the seals and ensure that your seal diameter matches your stamp tool.

4. Choose your quantity

Most products have a minimum order of 25; the minimum is shown on each product page. Ordering more than 500? Please contact us for a lead time before ordering.

5. Check out

Review your basket, then check out. All prices include VAT, and any delivery charge is shown before you pay.

6. We make and deliver

Standard delivery is 7–10 days for orders of up to 500 items, within the UK. See Delivery for details.
